I took a 4K video while taking an evening walk around Kitami Station in Tokyo. Kitami station is located about 20 minutes by train from Shinjuku. A small river called Nogawa runs through the area a short walk from Kitami station. Perhaps because of the night rain, there were few people taking a walk, and the sound of the rain and the flowing river was pleasant.
