a leg workout with a focus on booooty - which will not kill you :D I made it a bit easier than usual, I promise ♥︎ / Werbung Are my Beginner workouts a little too easy & the other ones a little too hard? I got you - this one is right in the middle! I also encourage all Beginners to give this a try ♥︎ you can take breaks if you need to. The hardest part is the first part, so if you survived this one: the rest will be easier! But even on an „advanced“ level, I enjoy this a lot to get all warmed up for my leg & booty day. Oooor as a finisher in the end! We have standing SQUAT exercises in different varieties as a brilliant basic, some KICKBACKS with the main focus on booty, same for GLUTE BRIDGES, and some exercises down on the floor. Those ones are rather „easy“ but if you focus on the muscle you want to train (mostly booty in those situations) you can really feel the muscles burning! Let me know how you like it :) __ If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don&worry too much about that.
