How to get your straddle/middle split

This is a tutorial ok how to get your straddle and middle split by Allison and Kurumi! Some stretches you can do that was not in the video: 1.) you can lay on your stomach and do a backward butterfly 2.) if you&really close, work over splits~ if you have your over splits down, you&sure to have it flat on the floor
