You&love the fun atmosphere. This is not a touristic place, it&popular among locals. They serve fast food basically: hamburgers, shawarmas and french fries. They call shawarmas &arabe&which is, in essence, a extreme steak sandwich: beef steak, tomato, lettuce, onion, chimichurri (spicy sauce), mayonnaise and a fried egg. Yes, a fried egg, ham and melted cheese! t¬ exactly a shawarma but they took the idea and it was adapted to the local flavor. Today the weather in Asunción was insane: 122 °F or 50°C but right now it&a little bit better. I will take an Uber.
