A short video demoing the Philips H1 Xtreme Vision 130% vs the 100% bulbs with a small drivearound. The Philips H1 Xtreme Vision 130% is a European UK Model H1 Bulb that is not sold normally in the US whereas the H1 Xtreme vision 100% is sold in the US. These are both 55W Halogen bulbs and are both pretty bright all around especially for halogen&and output a lot of lumens!
