Parmesan Crusted Whiting or Grown Up Fish Sticks- Fish Recipes Everyone Will Love!

Here is the recipe for my Parmesan Crusted Whiting- Here are the ingredients I used: 1 lb. of whiting, tilapia, haddock, cod, or flounder 1 tbsp. oil for pan Crust Mix- 2/3 cup bread crumbs 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, diced 1 tsp. kosher salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tbsp. unsalted butter Oil pan and place fish skin side down in pan. Pat dry. Make crust mix by adding garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley in small bowl. Cut in butter to make large crumbles. Sprinkle mix over fish. Pat in. Place in 425° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve.
