This music video tells a story about a comics geek. He is a nice, peaceful guy, but his looks and interests don&match social standards. He often gets bullied around for that and under the pressure he starts seeing all the characters that he draws turning into actual friends and a girlfriend. They save him from danger, help overcome loneliness and make him feel generally happy. The point of the video is to show that happiness has no standards. It¬ about money, cars and private jets. Happiness is a spectrum, a very personal thing. So don&reach for what they sell on TV. Look for it within your self. Be yourself.
