Let's use USB Keyboard and Mouse on ESP32-S2/S3!

This is about communicating with USB HID devices. ESP32-S2 and S3 support the native USB interface. It&very slow and outdated as USB 1.1, but it still makes a lot of things possible. Nevertheless, it&great to be able to use a USB keyboard and mouse as input devices on ESP32-S2 and S3. I think this also provides an opportunity to do a variety of projects.
