GODZILLA (2004) vs MECHAGODZILLA (2018) || Stop Motion Short Film

This was one of my most incredible labors of time and love. I really hope you guys enjoy this one! It’s the classic battle of Godzilla and Mechagodzilla, like you’ve never seen it before! It occurred to me one day that Godzilla 2004 had never gotten to fight Mechagodzilla during his movie. Which, considering he fought nearly every other monster in his rogues gallery during that film, felt like a missed opportunity. So, I thought he should get the chance! And what better incarnation of Mechagodzilla to use, than the only version who also never really got to fight a Godzilla. It’s the perfect matchup! Featured here are the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 2004 and the Grimdragon (Third Party) Mechagodzilla from Ready Player One (3.0 version). Hope to do more short films like this in the future, as this is really the first time in years that I’ve done a properly animated full length kaiju battle! I hope you guys enjoy it. It uses a lot of new techniques, with new lighting, new visual effects, and new figures! This is definitely the look I want my future stuff to go for from now on! Alright, I’ve rambled enough.
