Behringer SL 85S Budget Dynamic Microphone Review / Test (Is it better than the XM8500?)

Today we have yet another budget Behringer dynamic mic in the Audio Hotline Studio for review. This inexpensive mic is the Behringer SL 85s. The SL 85s is an XLR, cardioid, dynamic microphone. It seems like a lot of mics are sold out right now, but I did notice this one was still available in some places currently, so I wanted to get a review out to help you decide whether it would work for you or not! I am always excited to try out Behringer mics, because I feel like they do a really good job making a product that has great quality for a great price. You may know this, if you have been subbed for a while, but I am a BIG FAN of the Behringer XM8500 and I was very curious whether this mic may be able to give the XM8500 a run for its money. In this review I go through the basics, specs, testing and I also give you my opinion of this microphone… but don’t let MY OPINION sway you one way or another.
