Send mail from terminal in Linux or Unix|Ubuntu

Hi Friends!! Step by Step guide to send mail from terminal. I have used gedit.Same can can be done using vi editor. Step 1: Install ssmtp server: sudo apt-get install ssmtp Step2: Configure the ssmtp.config file as shown in the video. sudo gedit /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf Step3: Configure file as shown in the video. sudo gedit /etc/ssmtp/revaliases Step 4: Send mail using mail,mailx or mutt.I have used mailx.. mailx -s "have a great day!"
