Installing a Tachometer on the van - Mk5 Ford Transit

In this video I run through the process of installing an aftermarket rev counter (Tachometer) on my MK5 ford transit 2.5 N/A DI engine. This process will be the same for many vehicles with an older style alternator like this one. Simple 4 wire installation makes for a nice addition to the dashboard. The tacho used is specifically made for a 4 cylinder diesel engine, it&backlit and also does a needle sweep, awesome! It will require a handheld tach in the future to calibrate it properly, but for now it&been set up close to where I think it should be.
