But sometimes, I really feel like pushing myself to the limits, breaking a serious sweat and feeling absolutely AMAZING afterwards. I feel like I&burning calories for another 20min although it already said "well done" haha. This workout: 1. is a mix out of "QUICK MOVEMENTS" and "ACTIVE BREAKS". You will find Elbow Planks & High Planks Planks in between all the quick movements. Almost feels like a break, but don&forget to keep the core strength! 2. has NEW EXERCISES! Ready for Starfish Jumps (aka. hardcore Jumping Jacks) or Frog Jumps? 3. is really intense but you will feel great afterwards ♥︎ trust me. The MUSIC will keep us going! ▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 80-160 kcal. I burned about 90kcal in those 10min (which is a loooot, I&a small human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session). __ If you struggle or need a break: don&worry about it.
