Toyota Land Cruiser 80 series heater control problem

I&having some issues with the heater control. It will not close all the way and warm air comes inside the cabin. Apparently there is another issue (toward the end of the video) in which there seems to be a short in the panel. Land Cruiser vs Range Rover electrical problems? Nah, just a silly owner.
