We continue our walkthrough of XCOM Enemy Within in this episode on Impossible difficulty with Ironman mode turned on. Having captured both a Muton Elite and an Ethereal, we perform the last two interrogations and the final alien autopsy of the game to unlock the "All Employees Must Wash Hands" achievement. Following the research of the Ethereal Device, we hold off on building the Gollop Chamber and instead research Psi Armor, the last research project of the game, and unlock the "Edison" achievement. Luisa also receives the full range of gene modifications, unlocking the "Enemy Within" achievement and following a disappointing test for psionic abilities, we turn Andrea into a Tier-3 MEC Trooper and unlock the "Steel Martyr" achievement.
