Just a quick and simple video to show how easy it is to ferment Saccharomyces boulardii. I got the idea and recipe from Dr .William Davis. Check out his site here: Ingredients: Apple Juice, with nothing but apples. You can use other juices but keep the ingredient list as short as possible, with nothing but the fruit. You also may need to adjust your fermentation time, shorter or longer. Be sure to keep checking on your fermenting juice, venting the cap every several hours. If you forget, be very careful the next time you open it. Florastor supplement, can be found at grocery and health food stores as well as online sources. We prefer to have just the specific yeast, no other fillers or additives aside from the capsule material. 1 capsule per 64oz or 2 quarts.
