Special thanks to @Kalamity_Music for her consultation on this arrangement! ✨ “One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it.” This is my first time covering a soundtrack from legendary film scorer Hans Zimmer and my second time for the legendary John Powell (Thank you for the signed CD btw!) I once stated that I was kinda afraid to cover these soundtracks since they were just so cinematic and complex. After I covered How To Train Your Dragon though, I&figured that this would be a perfect follow-up. Since this soundtrack uses more oriental instruments, I decided to get some new sounds for the Orchestral Forces. Aside from the Guzheng, and the iconic Erhu, Misairu&Orchestral Forces welcomes the Pipa, Qudi, and Xiao to their respective regiments. The end result is one of my most energetic and jazzy orchestrations to date.
