Tuning Ford Galaxy 2.0 PD TDI testdrive

Taking my Ford Galaxy 2.0 PD TDI to a little test drive around town. Unfortunately no chance to really floor the pedal. My mods to the engine: based on a VW 1.9 PD TDI bottom end, bored and honed to 2.0, new pistons (BMM), new rods (panchi), Garrett GTB2056VL, bigger FMIC, Bosio race1043 nozzles, 3 bar map (to be replaced by a 4 bar map in order to run 2.2 bar boost). Currently 1.9 bar. Custom downpipe and stainless steel exhaust. Last dyno showed around 250 bhp and 530 Nm - sounds nice, but still not enough for a 2 ton ride.
