Part 2 Video 2014 Mercedes Sprinter Van - W906 316CDI - 4cyl. Turbo Diesel Approx 230,000kms OM651 Engine This large project is to remove the EGR Valve system, Intake Manifold and Emissions gear for the Inlet side of the engine - Replacing Gaskets, Seals and clearing out all the black soot that has built up. I got the idea for this project when i removed the EGR cooler and realised how bad the emissions gear pollutes the Intake section of the engine, there is soot EVERYWHERE. I contacted Mercedes Benz, they have a &pre- made gasket kit they apply to there service Vans for the INTAKE side of the engine, so i ordered there kit I recommend the Haynes Manual for this project :
