In order to get to this point, the intake manifold will have to be removed. ( I&sure there&videos out there showing this already ) I would have the coolant temperature sensor changed if you are replacing the coolant thermostat, the sensor only cost like £15 from Mercedes-Benz main dealer because to replace the sensor you would have to take off the manifold again in order to get to it.
