Hey Dancers, welcome to my Ballet Barre Stretching Routine. Today we have a quick stretching routine done under 7 minutes that will help you to feel like new afterwards. It is an easy stretching routine but you must need to do all of the stretching exercises to your own level. Avoid hyperextensions and in case of feeling any pain stop applying further pressure and take time to get back to a natural stretching pose.
