Winston Churchill&famous &Shall Fight&speech was delivered to the houses of parliament on June 4th 1940 during WWII, as the threat of a Nazi invasion of the United Kingdom loomed. It is often remembered as an example of the great British fighting spirit. It wasn’t actually recorded until 1949, when Churchill was persuaded to re-read it in parliament in celebration of the Allied victory in the war. This is an example of how old audio recordings can be improved using modern software. A combination of Izotope RX10, Waves Clarity Vx Pro, Avid Pro Compressor and Pro Subharmonic, plus Fab Filter Pro-Q3 and Pro-DS software plugins were used.
