How to adjust height in Steam VR (Oculus Rift S) Pavlov 2021

**NOTE: USING THIS METHOD PREVENTS YOU FROM CROUCHING (picking things up from the ground) due to your height being taller than you really are.** *Volume up. I didn&realize I was recording audio from my Rift S* I have searched all over the web on how to do, what I thought, was a simple task, adjust your height in VR. I searched everywhere and no one had a solution. Luckily, that&exactly the type of videos I make. I&found out how to adjust height in Steam VR games on my Oculus Rift S so I can play standing games while being seated, so if you&been having this same inquiry, look no further. Unfortunately, this only works for Steam VR games, not for games from the Oculus Store. But Steam VR games are way better anyway :)
