IG: burpeegirl_liss Join me for this 1 hour fast walking workout and take 9000 steps in the comfort of your own home. I barely made it to 9000 STEPS, so make sure you maintain a fast pace throughout the entire workout. This energetic fast walking workout will increase your daily calorie burn by approximately 500-600 calories. Get your steps in, increase your daily calorie burn and energize your entire body! I used a sweat waist band with this workout. My calorie burn was higher than usual, so was my sweat rate. I don`t know if the sweat band played a part in my increased calorie burn, or if this workout really did it for me. I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5 Amazfit 5: 6,39 km, 9112 steps, 540 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 9,03 km, 9023 steps, 602 calorie burn Numbers for half the workout (4 rounds) Amazfit 5: 3,14 km, 4490 steps, 258 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 4,39 km, 4406 steps, 285 calorie burn I`m posting real pictures of my calorie burn for each workout on Instagram.
