This metabolism boost and fat burn workout will be sure to have you sweaty and feeling good! This workout is designed to give you a significant "afterburn" - this means that you will be burning calories throughout the day (or night) after your workout, to make you more efficient at burning fat and building lean muscle. To help stimulate lean muscle growth, I have added weights into this routine. While they are HIGHLY recommended, they are not necessary to experience the burn. This workout is the first of my TORCH IN 10 Series where we will be adding weighted exercises to our regular routine (for only 10 minutes a day!) For those who are fearful of using weight, this may be great start for you to start adding them into your routine!
