Heavy day felt strong so I decided to try the 28kg for 5r/l Today&practice TGU x 1/1 for 3 sets Deadlift & hollow holds x3/5 Clean & jerks x 4 sets a/24kg and 5th set TESTED 28kg Last rep on left was a no go. # kettlebell #strength
