Stopwatch: The new one booted in 42.32 seconds and is immediately ready for using even with loads of apps installed. The old one booted in 58.67 seconds and requires another 1 or 2 minutes of annoying sloooow start up and also doesn&let you use any app installed on SD card for some time until it&fully loaded. Let&compare the hardware: The old one: 512Mhz CPU, no RAM The new one: 1Ghz CPU, 512MB RAM. It&pretty worth upgrading and you will see a great improvement in performance although i hate this SE&strategy "how to suck our customers&money" - instead of releasing upgrade for older models they just make a whole new model.
