Strymon Big Sky vs. Blue Sky - Can they sound the same?

I focus on the Normal Plate, and Modulated Room sounds. What is the answer to the question? No, I couldn&match them identically. Maybe I could have tweaked more. But I found it more difficult than I thought to get the same sounds with both. The knobs reacted differently on each pedal. And maybe the algorythms are different (though I can&confirm).
