This is a Japanese made guitar, unlike the later models, as the production was shifted to Indonesia for cost saving reasons, therefore it is of better quality and highly sought after as it doesn&come up for sale too often. The guitar was made in 2008 in Japan and is of exceptional build quality. It comes from Jackson Pro series which was top of the line for the Japanese models at the time, produced in top Japanese factory. Easily comparable with USA models. This is a top quality instrument and it plays and sounds exceptionally good, very resonant. It is a neck through construction with alder body and quartersawn maple neck with ebony fretboard.
