This Power Yoga is 30 min long Low Impact Stretch and Tone workout. It is amazing routine full of nice exercises, body weight and yoga inspired. For this workout you will need your yoga blocks and yoga mat. Maybe an essential oil of your choice will be welcomed as well. When i practice my yoga or just stretching i always use some kind of essential oil. Depends on my practice ...if it is for waking up or just for relaxing. This routine is more for waking up you body where we are focusing on stretching full body. This follow along routine is suitable for beginners as well and for advanced. It is great for your rest days where you still wanna do a gentle but yet powerful workout. Workout Breakdown: Warm Up 1. Sun Salutation A 2x 2. Sun Salutation B 2x Practice: 1. Chair Pose - Ballerina Squat - Warrior 3 (both sides) 5x 2. Flow 3. Crescent Pose to Knee up 10x (both legs) 4. Flow 5. Side Wide Forward Bend to Pike Press (3x) to Plie Pulses (3x) = 5x 6. Flow 7. Table Top to L-Sit (yoga blocks for support) 10x + Thoracic Bridge Stretch = 2x 8. Knee Hugs 10x to Boat pose =2x 9. Scissors 10x to Hamstring Stretch =4x 10.
