Hello everyone, today we are going to discuss how to replace a damaged toner supply pump on the Ricoh MPC2011 copier. We will use the example of removing the faulty black toner supply pump. We need to do it while the machine is turned off. First, open the front cover of the copier and remove the four toner cartridges in order. Then, unscrew the screws and remove the front protective cover. Next, open the right cover of the machine and access the secondary transfer unit. Rotate and unlock these two locking card slots, and pull the handle to remove the transfer belt unit. Then, Remove the four corresponding screws according to the diagram and remove the controller cover. Remove the four screws corresponding to the diagram and remove the back cover of the machine. Remove the eight corresponding screws according to the diagram. Remove the back right cover of the machine and the scanner back cover. Remove six screws according to the diagram and open the control box. Remove the linking wire on top of the heat dissipation channel. Unplug the socket and the three screws shown in the diagram, then remove the heat dissipation channel. Then we can see the four color toner transfer motors, which correspond to KCMY.
