I made a compilation of my videos with how the projectors react to an artificial light room. They all have great colors in the dark but the difference is made in the light. The conclusion is that a for an acceprable washed out image the minimum is 200 ANSI lumens while anything above 1500 ANSI lumens is very usable in a room with artificial light.
