Mitsubishi Colt front Bumper and Wing Removal

How to remove and replace the front bumper and wing from a 2007 Mitsubihsi Colt This particular car is the CZC convertible model, although the process and parts should be the same on the 3 door hatchback. I believe the 5 door may have slightly different panels but the process should be vaguely the same. The cost for the replacment panels was £160. The original bumper was cracked in a number of places from whatever caused the damage, and the original wing was badly dented. It seemed a more cost effective and time efficent solution to just get bodypanels in the same colour as the car rahther than paying for bodywork. Equipment used to make video:
