Тайны и секреты светской жизни
My Windows Movie Maker was acting strange on me tonight so I had to make this video a bit stranger than I intended. "People Are Strange" was a personal favorite of mine, conceived apparently in spring 1967 when Jim Morrison, John Densmore and Robby Krieger took a walk along Laurel Canyon. Maybe Jim was picking up on feelings of alienation from some psychic cloud hovering over the city, but the trio left with a euphoric Morrison in tow, with the song already in his head. 1967 was a year when I could relate to the "stranger in a strange town" concept, something I discussed in a few other videos (although I¬ sure if they survived the crash). "People Are Strange" was The Doors&third single and also appeared on the album Strange Days, both released in September 1967. The song peaked at on Billboard&Hot 100 and at on the Cash Box Top 100 on November 4, 1967.
