Change The Background Color In Inkscape

This is a redo of a tutorial from a few years ago. Inkscape has changed so much in that time that it requires an updated video. In this brief lesson we&be going over how to change the background color in Inkscape. This is accomplished using the Document Properties menu to change the Page and Desk color.
