Belcat FUZ-510 "R-Fuzz" - lightly used, just trying to thin out the herd here. Unlike many of the Chinese fuzzes/distortions/overdrives that have flooded the market recently, I don&think that there&a consensus on what exactly this pedal is a clone of or if it is a clone at all - it&quite possible that this is an original design (though let me know if you know differently! I never bothered looking inside this one, and I&certainly not going to bust it open now that I&listed it). It sounds more like an Op-Amp overdrive to me than a traditional transistor fuzz, and it has a good range of useable tones to go along with that...it lets more of the instrument&tone shine through than a lot of its peers. This pedal can really fit in anywhere, whether you need a searing lead line, a quick &dirty lead boost on top of something else, or even to knock out a gritty rhythm part. The pots are set up very well - there really aren&a lot of useless settings (unlike some pedals where there&no grit before you&cranked up 3/4 of the way, or when 3/4 of the volume knob is unuseably quiet...). It doesn&get as extreme as some other distortions when cranked, but I can hardly complain about that given how versatile the overall package is. At any rate, it&True-Bypass and certainly build sturdy. Can be powered by a 9v battery or by a standard center-negative "Boss-style" DC adapter.
