1. Power off the watch! 2. Press down the two right side button (Start/stop and Back/Lap) 3. Power on the watch while still holding down the buttons. 4. When you hear the first beep release the upper button (Start/stop) 5. When you hear the second beep release the lower button(back/lap) 6.
