The focus of this class is bliss - a worthy topic. We begin with meditation then move into a dynamic yang flow to warm up the muscles, release endorphins and build energy in the body. We then slow the pace right down and sink into some yin yoga to go deep, open up and reach that bliss. Yin yang yoga is dynamic and a perfect balance of yang and yin to find equilibrium in your body, mind and soul.
