After Changing both Exhaust Manifold parts on my 2003 LEXUS GX 470 the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT popped up. The VSC TRAC & VSC OFF light came on as well. I took the vehicle in to get scanned and the scanner read code P0057. This code is associated with the Bank 2 Sensor 2 Oxygen Sensor which is located on the side of the exhaust that branches out to the driverside(left sitting in driver seat). It’s the sensor furthest from the engine which means it’s downstream and it has been compromised/defective/damaged/faulty. I ran to AUTOZONE bought a WALKER oxygen sensor which was installed upon my return. Drove off and within a short period the light was back. I did a little research and a guy on YouTube indicated it must be the gas filler cap which I went out to McGrath Lexus dealership and purchased. After installing, tightening, and driving the lights all came back on. I didn’t return the GAS FILLER CAP/COVER because mine looked really worn plus with my dealer discount I got it for under $24. At this point I was frustrated. I decided to go to my friends shop and have him run a scan. He said it was the oxygen sensor after a computer scan, I drove back to AUTOZONE but this time I picked up the BOSCH brand of Oxygen Sensors. The sensor was installed, and the lights went away and hasn’t been BACK. The problem in my case was the oxygen sensor. BOSCH carried a better brand of Oxygen Sensor to eradicate the P0057 Problem. UPDATE The Check Engine Light didn’t go away after installing BOSCH...
