Intel Xeon E5 2470 vs Xeon E5 2420 v2

Will the higher price and power consumption offset its better performance? Test bench: -CPU: Intel Xeon E5 2470, Intel Xeon E5 2420 v2 -MB: Kllisre lga 1356 -GPU: AMD RX 570 4GB Strix -RAM: 8GB DDR3 ECC -Cooler master TX3 Evo -PSU: 500W 80 Plus -128 GB SSD -500 GB HDD I played each game for 10 minutes and recorded FPS figures.
