This compact SUV is already on sale in UK at a starting price of 20,230 pounds, which is around Rs 18.29 lakh. The UK-spec version comes in four trim levels – SE, Sport, S Line and the Exclusive Edition – with four engine options – 1.0L TSI, 1.4L TSI CoD, 1.6L TDI and 2.0L TDI quattro. Since the compact SUV segment is on fire in India, it makes sense for Audi to jump on the bandwagon with its most affordable offering – Q2. If reports are to be trusted, the long-wheelbase version of the Audi Q2 will make its way to India. However, there is no official words on the same.Production hub for the all-new Audi Q2 will be the carmaker’s Ingolstadt-based facility in Germany. Though, the company might manufacture it here similar to other Audi cars. Most of the components of the crossover will be sourced from China. This will help the carmaker price it quite aggressively.
