BG3 Install GR2 plugin then Import and Export example

Just a quick run down on how to install this new plugin. Run down on some things that happen on import like with head meshes ears ending up on the floor. Export settings and the errors I have come across that I know how to fix. I don&know all error fixes sadly. But if you get random errors you didn&before try seeing if LsLib or the GR2 Plugin needs updating.
