BRE TEMPERATURE OFF-SET: This value either increases or decreases the coffee boiler temperature during coffee brewing, changing the temperature of the water coming out of the grouphead. What LELIT Technical Department and Lab suggest is to try different values in positive and negative (first try +°C10 and then -10°C). this value determines the boiler target temperature during extraction: set value 0 the setting temperature of the coffee boiler e.g.:95° is maintained both when the brewing unit does not brew and when the brewing unit brews coffee -set to positive value ES: +5 the setting temperature of the coffee boiler e.g.: 95° is maintained when the group does not brew, but when the group brews coffee the target temperature of the group will become 95+5° which causes the heating element to heat up more in order to have an increase in temperature during coffee extraction. When the brewing is finished, the target temperature will return to 95°. -set at negative value ES: -5 the coffee boiler setting temperature e.g. 95° is maintained when the group does not brew, but when the group brews coffee the target temperature of the group will become 95-5° this causes the heating element to heat up less in order to have a decrease in temperature during coffee extraction.
