Join me for a 15 minute BARRE ARMS at home workout to tone and shape your arm muscles from all angles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a set of light dumbbells anywhere from 2-5lbs. If you don&have dumbbells at home, then you can always try using full water bottles, shampoo bottles, or anything else you can find in the house!
