error 0x803FB004 when install Microsoft Messaging from windows store

Microsoft Messaging got error code 0x803FB004 in Windows 10 Store because there is an older version 2.15.20002.0 x86 in store but user have installed newer version 3.26.24002.0 x64 from windows 10 creators update two solutions : 1. wait for Microsoft release a version newer than 3.26.24002.0 2. remove version 3.26.24002.0 x64, and install 2.15.20002.0 x86 from windows store open powershell as administrator reboot install from store
