Ecstatic dance music September 2021 #ecstaticsound ?Since last year i was impresed transformation energy of ecstatic dance events. So i decide to use my past dj`ing experience to enter into this new world. ?This is my first experience of creating an ecstatic dance music journey. In the process of creating the set, I tried to use all my notes from my dance practices as well as the musical structure to work with altered states of consciousness in holotropic breathing, proposed by Stanislav Grof. ?This set works best if you really dance to it from start to finish, From warm-up and energization of the body, to the intensity flow, catharsis and drama.
