Hello everyone in this video i&teaching you Heian Yondan Kata which is the fourth Kata of Heian series. For your convenience and easy learning we have given this kata from both the sides (front and back view) and its 27 moves in stepwise. About Heian Yondan- Heian Yondan is the fourth kata in the Heian series and is usually the fourth kata that a beginner must learn.It has 27 movements and its embusen is almost I-shaped.This kata includes back stance, cross legged stance,double wedge block,x-block,augmented block,roundhouse elbow strike, front kick,side-snap kick and knee strike.
