Dell Latitude E5470 / E5570 Skylake Disassemble + Thermal paste changing

Latest i5 6440HQ skylake Laptop from Dell E5470. I&discover while using the original paste, the temperature increase up to Max 89 degree Celsius ( Unigine Valley Benchmark ) I decided to replace it with Arctic cooling MX-4 on the Skylake CPU. I&run another 3 more Unigine Valley benchmark and the Max temperature now is 78 degree Celsius . The warranty is untouched. So if you guys owned this laptop Dell Latitude E5470, you can replace it with Arctic cooling MX-4 without any hassle.
