Joyo Bantamp Zombie Amp Review

This amp is part of the Bantamp series that aims to replicate the tone of famous amps. I really like this amp for tracking rhythm parts, it does a great job maintaining note definition at high gain levels. It also has a clean channel reminiscent of the american clean sound on Mesa Boogie amps. The Joyo Bantamp Zombie has a 12AX7 Preamp tube, a solid state power section and really simple controls (three knobs for gain, tone and volume). The gain channel is comparable to the heavy side of the Mesa Booggie Mark IV. Don&get fool by the size of this amp, this is an incredible studio tool!
