Learn how to permanently join together the left and right pages of a document when creating a PDF in InDesign. Details below... In design, a left and right pair of pages is referred to as a spread. Frequently, designs will not be restricted to single pages but will expand across such spreads. When a PDF is created, pages will generally be exported out as single pages. PDF viewers will typically show single pages in succession. Therefore, any designs expanding across spreads will be broken. It is possible to "glue" left and right pages together at export. Within the PDF creation dialog box, change the Export As option from Pages to Spreads. This should only be done for people viewing or reviewing PDFs. This should generally never be done to a PDF that is being sent to a professional printer. Image by: hati.royani Animal Silhouette Vectors by Vecteezy
